You will not be allowed to play here until you agree to the rules. Use /help 'your message' to open a ticket for Admin or Mod.

Right of admission is reserved. Please keep in mind, we are strict with the rules — no exceptions. If you don't read, you don't play!

🛡️ Admin & Mod Related Rules

• Disrespecting any Admin, Mod, or the Server will result in an instant ban.
• When an Admin or Mod talks to YOU, consider yourself in the "Admin seat." During that time you must be respectful and listen (it's in your best interest to behave).
• Any Mod or Admin's decision at the time or for a circumstance is final.
• To take matters further, log a case to NooBlet to review logs, but their decision generally stands.
• If you get banned, you will be allowed to appeal your ban in Discord.

If you did not report a previous problem you encountered, you cannot use it as an excuse when you are in trouble with admin in the future. "But they did it yesterday" will not work — report all problems in Discord or WhatsApp with screenshots at the time of occurrence.

Calling an admin is easy: just use /help 'message' and any online admin will help with your query.

👥 Teaming Rules (Solo/Duo/Trio)

• The teammate you start a wipe with has to stay your teammate the whole wipe.
• You can't change teammates mid-wipe.
• More than 3 players found in one base gets jail time for all involved.
• Helping players is fine, but more than 5 minutes is spoon-feeding.
• More than 3 players will be allowed on PVE events if announced to the server.
• All off-team PVE events must have a 1-hour cooldown.
• 2 or 3 non-teammates must announce any activity to the server.
• PVE events only count for Oil Rigs, Military Tunnels, Cargo, and Underground.
• Raiding is only allowed with your original partner(s).

💀 KOS (Kill On Sight) Rules

KOS is a big problem in Rust. Here's how we deal with it:

• KOS is allowed at monuments and airdrops. (Any names on the map count as monuments)
• Players farming roads next to monuments unarmed do NOT count as "in monument."
• Killing Fresh Spawn players will get you in trouble.
• Being a Noob Friendly server, we feel that if both parties have a weapon, PVP will be allowed. (Projectile weapons only)
• Killing a player from inside your base or roof (RoofCamping) will be considered KOS.
• Shooting from your base to a monument or reversed will also be KOS.

💣 Raiding Rules

• If you break a TC, you must replace it with 2-day minimum resources. You have 5 minutes from placing.
• If a TC is found to not have sufficient resources for 2 days, contact a Mod or Admin, or at least type in chat to be reviewed in logs and leave the TC untouched.
• Offline raiding will NOT be allowed from wipe till 6pm Mondays. Doesn't matter if the base is decaying — raiding is raiding.
• Use /raid while looking at a base to see if players are online.
• Players must leave smaller bases alone to help noob players. Raiding small bases will trigger automated death.
• Even just damaging a base will be considered raiding.
• Foundation wipe attempts will not be tolerated. Inside attempts will be dealt with as grieving.
• You are only allowed to raid as solo or with your chosen partner(s) for that wipe.
• Taking over a base will not be allowed unless with consent from admin.

To agree to the rules, use /iagree in chat.

⛴️ Tugboat Raiding Rules

• Raiding will NOT be allowed from wipe till 6pm Mondays.
• Use /raid while looking at a tugboat to see if you can raid.
• Raiding will be allowed if the tugboat is found in PVP areas or if you get attacked from a tugboat.
• If you go out of your way to destroy the tugboat, it's deemed grieving.
• You are only allowed to raid as solo or with your chosen partner(s) for that wipe.
• Taking over a tugboat will not be allowed.

Please leave raiding stuff gifted on Wednesdays. On other days, try not to take all raiding stuff so players can raid again.

🚫 Griefing Rules

• Door camping will be dealt with via stiff jail time.
• Trying to push a player away from a recycler to access it is grieving.
• Despawning your/players' items to prevent other players from getting them will be considered grieving (even if you are leaving the server).

💬 Chat Rules

Global and Team Chat need to stay clean at all times.

• Zero tolerance will be shown on unacceptable chat behavior.
• Any homophobic or excessive swearing will result in a 30-minute ban (automated).
• Arguing or fighting in chat is not allowed.
• All complaints and reports must be done in Discord or WhatsApp with screenshots as proof.

🎮 Discord Rules Relating to Server

Please don't share Discord links in chat. Join our Discord and friend up there. We will remove Discord links in chat.

Doing workarounds to share links will result in the Owner messing with you for a long time or even some jail time. Please don't test this — punishment will land without warning.

📋 Stuff To Know

• MiniCopters have a steal event. If stealing, you need to stay in the seat for 5 minutes. If not, the mini will be teleported back to the stolen location.
• Shooting at vehicles will not be allowed as you can't see weapons, and the pilot is no threat (unless defending a raid).
• /commands will give you a list of commands you can use in chat.
• If you have Arken or ServerArmour 90% and up, you are not welcome here.
• When jailed, you will be muted from chat but are able to use the help command.
• When raiding, the TC you replace will become the owner of the foundation owner. Remember: TC replace first, then leave — no exceptions.
• Never think we don't know... EVERYTHING is logged and notifies all staff. We pride ourselves on the fact that we're always there to stop rule breakers. Rather ask before you assume.

🏆 Player Ranks

We have 4 ranks in our server: MVP, VIP, VIP+, and Royalty.

All Member perks carry over to VIP, and VIP perks carry over to VIP+. So VIP+ has everything that VIP and MVP has, and VIP will have everything MVP has.

NooBlet's Skull Event

NooBlet's skull will always be worth a lot. If you get his skull, it can be traded for 1 of any item in the game or player ranks:

• MVP for 7 days
• VIP for 5 days
• VIP+ for 2 days

Use /help got noobs skull to trade in chat (only when NooBlet is playing).
